
Since its inception in 2001, the Women and Child Development Society has been a beacon of hope for over 1,90,000 individuals (from 2001 to 2024) through its multifaceted programs addressing education, skill development, health, and environmental sustainability. These services are provided by adopting 6 villages in Polur Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District, Tamil Nadu. Our initiatives include: Free Kindergarten Education; Free Tuition Centers; Free School Sponsorship Programs; Free Computer Training for Girls and Women; Free Tailoring Training for Women; Free Family Sponsorship for Women; Free Educational Tour Program; Free Latrine Construction in Rural Areas; Free Women’s Self-Employment Training; Free Organic Farming for Climate Change; Free Awareness Programs on Abuse and Harassment; Free Tree Plantation for Climate Change; Free Sanitary Napkin Distribution (Reusable); Free Health Awareness; Free Preventive Injections for Children; Free COVID-19 Relief Programs (2020-2021)
